To establish a peer support group to facilitate knowledge, empower, and encourage our diabetic community to include Type 1, Type 2, pre diabetics and care givers to better care for ourselves. Encompassing group discussions, guest speakers and sharing practical information. Relating to others with diabetes can transform lifestyles and bring about positive changes thus preventing diabetic complications and comorbidities.
