Tellico Village POAThe Tellico Village Property Owners Association (POA) is responsible for the governmental functions in the Village and represents all property owners. The POA maintains Tellico Village roads, amenities, water and sewer systems and operates all of the Village facilities. Recreation DepartmentThe Tellico Village Recreation Department is available to Tellico Village residents and their guests. There are a variety of ways one can utilize our numerous facilities, including daily user fees, guest passes and 12 and 6 month membership options. Joining us in the Recreation Department for a day or for the year will give you access to a ton of great ways to stay in shape mentally, emotionally and physically. With 3 facilities, 4 pools, 10 tennis courts, 6 meeting rooms, 2 pavilions, 8 pickleball courts, over two dozen fitness classes, numerous cardio and strength equipment and a partridge in a pear tree, there is bound to be something to keep you busy.
