TVCUC Social/Picnic: June 2, 2020

5:00 PM at The Tugaloo Pavilion

The annual TVCUC membership picnic will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at the Tugaloo Pavilion. No charge to attend the picnic, but participation is limited to TVCUC members only. Please assist us in planning food and picnic items by pre-registering no later than Friday, May 22, 2020.

Reservations will be accepted online and will be limited to 150 members.

•   One dinner ticket for each person

•   Entry in the door prize drawing

Members who do NOT pre-register may attend the picnic but will be allowed to join the food line only after those who did pre-register and will not be eligible for the door prize drawing.The TVCUC will supply sub sandwiches along with plates, napkins and utensils.

We ask participants to:

•   Wear your nametag

•   Bring your own beverages

•    Bring a dish to share that serves 10-12 people. Please mark your dish and serving utensils with your name.

In order to have a good variety, please bring one of the following dishes based on the first letter of your last name:

•   Last names A-E, bring DESSERT

•   Last names F-N, bring SALAD

•   Last names O-Z, bring SIDE DISH
