“TEN SECONDS THAT CHANGED THE WORLD”

This film is a factual and chronological account of the events preceding the atomic bombing of Hiroshima during World War II and the significant effect of the atomic bomb on peacetime projects and events of the atomic age.

6:30-7:00 - A guest lecturer from the American Museum of Science & Energy (Oak Ridge, TN) will make a presentation on static electricity.

7:00-8:00 - “TEN SECONDS THAT CHANGED THE WORLD” documentary film.

8:00-8:30 - Q & A period with the guest lecturer about the Oak Ridge Museum, about the movie, or about The Manhattan Project in general.
