Annual TVCUC Picnic Reservation (Pre-Registration)

The annual TVCUC membership picnic will be held on Tuesday, June 5th at the Tugaloo pavilion.

Please assist us in planning food and picnic items by pre-registering your reservations no later than Friday May 25, 2018. 

Reservations will be accepted online only!

Benefits of pre-registering:

• One dinner ticket for each person

• Entry in the door prize drawings

Members who have NOT pre-registered:

• Will receive a dinner ticket for each person and will be
  asked to join the food line after those who pre-registered.

• Will NOT be eligible for the door prize drawings

The TVCUC will be serving a variety of sub sandwiches. Plates, napkins and silverware will be provided.

In order to reduce costs, we ask that you bring the following:

• Bring your own beverages

• Please bring a dish to share (should serve 10-12)

• In order to have a good variety, please bring one of the following dishes
  based on the first letter of your last name:

• Last names A through I, bring "SALAD"

• Last names J through O, bring "SIDE DISH"

• Last names P through Z, bring "DESSERT"
